It's Our Fifth Summer of Musical Theatre fun!
We have been hard at work planning for three outstanding productions that will showcase your child's talent on stage.
We have recently updated our curriculum and improved our daily schedule. Every camper will be engaged in a class or rehearsal during the day and every camper will have rehearsal on the stage every day.
A Magical Production for Our Youngest Campers
We are putting our 5-8 year olds in the spotlight this summer! Our literacy-through-theatre approach was wildly successful this past fall, so we are implementing a similar program for our youngest campers. Not only will they be learning important skills to boost self confidence and teamwork, singing, dancing and acting, and what it takes to "put on a show," they will also be improving their reading, literacy, fluency and comprehension skills.
Our KIDS division is personalized for each child so they will be challenged, engaged and entertained all day, every day. And, these young performers will light up the stage in their own production of Winnie the Pooh, KIDS!
Two Modern Musicals for Our Tween and Teen Division
The creative team at CCPAC will place performers in the role that best suits them. We will also strongly consider the child's choice of show. We will be infusing the literacy component in this program as well as developing each child's individual talents through daily instruction in voice, acting and dance.
Our two productions for our Tweens and Teens are:
Alice in Wonderland Jr. And Shrek TYA (Theatre for Young Audiences edition).
Both shows are enchanting, whimsical and funny with many great roles to be had!
