Throughout the year, there are a variety of activities and events that make great local involvement or entertainment for community members of all ages. Check out this page for the latest list of "things to do" in our schools.
 
September 25: The 23rd Anniversary of the Annual Golf Classic Tournament sponsored by the Mount Laurel Public Education Fund, will be held at Ramblewood Country Club, 200 Country Club Parkway, Mount Laurel. Golf begins at 12 noon, with a shotgun start playing 18 holes. The evening concludes with a dinner and an awards presentation beginning at 5 p.m. Proceeds benefit Mount Laurel School’s extra-curricular clubs, tutoring and innovative teacher grants. October 31: Our annual Halloween Costume Parties at all six of our elementary schools is a great way to introduce your preschoolers to a fun and non-threatening school event. Check out our school calendars for times.
 
Do you have some time on your hands? Can you donate one hour a week to be a friend to a child? The TIME Mentor Program in the Mount Laurel Schools is a fantastic opportunity for you! Our Mentors form life-long friendships. Here's more information.
 
Are you preparing to send your child to school next year?  Get to know members of the Mount Laurel School Family now by participating in the many family events sponsored by Mount Laurel’s Parent-Teacher Organizations. Join other parents at one of the many Dinner Nights Out, Ladies Night, Casino Night or other events you will find on the school calendar. Mount Laurel School Students and Staff love to welcome guests to their annual concerts, and students are very proud to be asked to perform at your location for your membership. If your group would like a musical ensemble or choir presentation at any time throughout the school year, contact Marie Reynolds, Director of Communication Services.

Are you a lover of art? Join a wonderful group of volunteers in our schools who share your passion! The Parade of Artists is a group that meets throughout the school year to study fine art examples and share the legacy of each with students in our Art Classes. Here's more information.
 
March Madness with the Harlem Wizards is one of the hottest events in Mount Laurel each March. Sponsored by the Harrington/Hartford Parent-Teacher Organization, this afternoon of fun fills the Lenape gym every year. Be sure to get your tickets early. Watch this page for more information.

The Mount Laurel Public Education Fund is a school-business partnership formed in 1994 by volunteers who have donated more than $800,000 to the schools since its creation. This group is seeking volunteers to serve as trustees to help provide Mount Laurel’s children with the best education possible. Visit the Public Ed Fund website.
