All Alerts will be sent via text message and e-mail.
Our Alert System pulls its information from our PowerSchool Student Information System. For this reason it is critical that you keep your phone numbers and e-mail addresses up-to-date. If you change one of your phone numbers or e-mail addresses, that information will update automatically on the day that it is entered.
To update/add phone numbers and/or e-mails:
- Navigate to the top left of the page and click on the SwiftReach SwiftK12 icon.
- Move to the top right of the page and click on the gray Contact Information tab.
Here, you may change/add phone numbers and/or e-mails to receive district alerts.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green SAVE CHANGES button.
You will receive a text message to the phone number(s) you have on file along with communication to the e-mail(s) you have listed in your account. On occasion, you may receive a phone call. Please be aware that primary notification will be sent via text and e-mail.
Please note: Any changes in hybrid and/or remote instruction will also be posted on our district and school webpages.
For weather-related events, local news stations are notified.

In the event of a delayed-opening: (DUE TO COVID-19 TWO-HOUR DELAYS ARE NOT IN PLACE AT THIS TIME) All schools will start two hours later than usual. Please see the times listed below. Lunch will be available for purchase. Extended Day Care will open two hours later than normal, and there will be no pre-school classes.
