Parents needing to drop off registration documents may drop copies in the mail slot in the front door or mail to Mount Laurel Township Board of Education Administration Offices, 330 Mount Laurel Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054.

The school you are registering for depends upon where you live in Mount Laurel. Our geographic sending areas are bordered by major roadways within Mount Laurel. Kindergarten Entrance Requirements

All children entering Mount Laurel's Full-Day Kindergarten Program in September must be 5 years old on or before October 1 and must provide proof of residency in Mount Laurel. You may begin your Kindergarten registration below. 

All Registrations must provide the following if applicable.
Step 1 - The Registration Requirements

  1. Copy of Original Birth Certificate
  2. Three proofs of residency:
  3. Immunization records (your start date in our schools may be delayed without these records).
  4. Universal Health Form for students in grade Pre-K to Grade 4 Students or Physical Evaluation Form for students in grades 5 through 8. Valid 1 year from date of exam. (your start date in our schools may be delayed without these records).
  5. Complete Special Education Medicaid Initiative Parental Consent Form (SEMI).
Additionally, these items may be needed, please complete and submit if applicable.
  1. Previous school transfer card (For any student grades 1 through 8).
  2. Signed Records Request Form (For any student grades 1 through 8).
  3. Child Study Team IEP or 504 documentation (if applicable).
  4. Custody documentation (if applicable).

An Important Message Regarding Preschool Enrollment:
If you are registering your child for Preschool, please be advised that our Preschool program is NOT open for general admission. This program is for students who have been assessed for special needs or who have been accepted by Lottery. Please contact the Child Study Team at 856-235-3417, ext. 27917 or e-mail for more information. Please DO NOT complete an application if your student has not met this criterion or you have not been instructed to do so by the Child Study Team.
