Preparing Children For Testing


Test-taking can be stressful for children. Often, the pressure to perform well is self-imposed and results in anxiety that parents may not immediately recognize. Parents can help to offset that anxiety by making sure that children eat a good breakfast on test days and get a good night's sleep the night before.
