What You Need to Know Before the Doors Open to the Mount Laurel Schools in SeptemberTop of Page

All Mount Laurel Schools will open on Thursday, September 6. That's a full day for all students in Grades K-8. Here's the complete calendar for the coming school year.
 
If you are new to Mount Laurel, Welcome! if you are not, please pass this information along to your new neighbors! Our Summer Central Registration office is open through September 13. Begin the registration process online here and then just stop in to provide proof of mandatory documents any Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
 
This summer, parents of all returning students should have received an InfoSnap "Snap Code" that will allow you to update all demographic information online! It's simple and intuitive - just follow the prompts to update all of your information and skip the piles of paper on the dining table come September! Here's more information about InfoSnap.
 
Student assignment letters were posted in Swift K12 on the following dates:
Harrington - August 10
Hartford - August 17
Student assignment letters for all Elementary Schools were posted on August 24.
 
Bus passes were mailed via US Mail on Friday, August 17.
 
Orientation:
Hartford School will hold Orientation Sessions for incoming fifth-graders by Team as follows:
August 29: Team Respect 8:15 a.m. Team Inspire - 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
August 30: Team Effort - 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Team Dream - 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. for any fifth or sixth-grade student who is new to the district and has registered over the summer.
 
Harrington Middle School will hold 7th-Grade Orientation Sessions on August 29 by House as follows:
Gold Hall Orientation - Everest and Phoenix House - 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Blue Hall Orientation - Zephyr and Oasis Houses - 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
 
Suggested School Supply Lists have been posted on all school websites for our K-4 schools and Harrington Middle School. Use this link for Hartford's Team-Specific Supply lists.
 
Don't forget the Summer Reading List! You'll find it on our district and school websites, along with guidelines for the fall.
 
Our Lunchtime Portal is closed now, but will re-open on August 27 if  you'd like to set-up an online cafeteria account for your child.
 
If your child is in Grades 5-8 and plans to play sports or participate in a physical activity club for the 2018-19 school year, the form must be submitted to your school nurse. Details here.
 
Harrington placement letters for those students in enriched language arts and advanced math courses were sent out the week of August 13th.
