Our Central Registration Process

Welcome to Mount Laurel Schools!
Parents of New Students may begin the registration process online by using the link provided below.
 
An Important Message Regarding Preschool Enrollment:
(If you are registering your child for Preschool, please be advised that our Preschool program is NOT open for general admission. This program is for students who have been assessed for special needs or who have been accepted by Lottery. Please contact the Child Study Team at 856-235-3417, ext. 27917 or e-mail pchidsey@mtlaurelschools.org for more information. Please DO NOT complete an application if your student has not met this criteria or you have not been instructed to do so by the Child Study Team.)
 
The school you are registering for depends upon where you live in Mount Laurel. Our geographic sending areas are bordered by major roadways within Mount Laurel. Please use this link to determine your Sending Area. If you have difficulty identifying your school based on where you live, contact our office at 856-235-3387 at ext. 21525 or e-mail central-registration@mtlaurelschools.org

Due to COVID-19, our Documentation Process has changed!
 
REGISTRATION IS A TWO-STEP PROCESS. At this time you are being asked to send all supporting documents electronically. Once you submit your registration online, you will receive an auto-reply confirmation through your e-mail.  Please e-mail all applicable documents listed below to our registrar, central-registration@mtlaurelschools.org. Be sure to include your student's name and school on the communication.
 
Parents needing to drop off registration documents may drop copies in the mail slot in the front door or mail to Mount Laurel Township board of Education Administration Offices, 330 Mount Laurel Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. (Please note: If dropping off documents, it is not necessary to ring the bell as the mail slot is checked daily.)
 
Your cooperation in this new process is greatly appreciated and your prompt attention enables us to prepare properly for your student in the fall. If you have any questions, please contact our registrar at the e-mail listed above.
 
Documents required to enroll your child:
  1. Birth Certificate (original)
  2. Three proofs of residency
  One proof may be a copy of deed or settlement/mortgage/lease papers or agreement of sale.
  The other two proofs may be copies of current utility bills.
  3. Immunization records  (Your start date in our schools may be delayed without these records.)
  (both valid 1 year from date of exam)
 
Please also provide the following documentation if applicable:
  1. Custody Documentation
  2. Current standardized test results, required for students entering 5-8th grade
  3. Current report card, required for students entering 5-8th grade
  4. Child Study Team IEP documents
