Welcome to Mount Laurel! New students may begin the registration process online by using the appropriate link provided below. Once you have completed the online forms, call 856-235-3387, extension 1525 to make an appointment for document verification. That process takes only a few moments if you have completed the online forms. Our Central Registration Office is located at 330 Mount Laurel Road, Mount Laurel.
 
If You Are Registering a New Student for Any Grade Level (Pre-K to Grade 8)
for the 2019-2020 School Year:  Please Use This Link
 
Documents required to enroll your child:
  1. Birth Certificate (original)
  2. Three proofs of residency
  One proof may be a copy of deed or settlement/mortgage/lease papers or agreement of sale.
  The other two proofs may be copies of current utility bills.
  3. Immunization records  (Your start date in our schools may be delayed without these records.)
  (both valid 1 year from date of exam)
 
Please also provide the following documentation if applicable:
  1. Custody Documentation
  2. Current standardized test results, required for students entering 5-8th grade
  3. Current report card, required for students entering 5-8th grade
  4. Child Study Team IEP documents
