Drew Besler

Mr. Drew A. Besler has been appointed Principal of the Thomas E. Harrington Middle School, effective October 10, 2022.

 

He holds a Master's of Arts in Educational Administration from Rider University and attained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Education/English from LaSalle University.

 

Mr. Besler comes to Mount Laurel from Pemberton Township School District where he served as a Middle School Assistant Principal. Previously, he served in the Ewing Township Public Schools as Assistant Principal, Dean of Students, Assistant Athletic Director, English Teacher, and Head Varsity Football Coach.

 

"My philosophy for school administration centers around a positive mindset, relationship building and the belief that every child can learn - all of which ties into an attribute of gratitude", stated Mr. Besler. "Each member of the educational team must arrive at school with the belief that every child can learn and be successful, and with the realization that the task cannot be performed alone."

 

The district looks forward to Mr. Besler's contribution to the continued success of the Thomas E. Harrington Middle School scholars!
